I know what it is like to feel like you are pouring every ounce of your energy into becoming ​the strongest and fittest version of you only to find yourself feeling empty, burnt out, injured ​and filled with self-doubt.

The Dip

I’ve been there before. It all started with a comment ​made by my PE teacher in Year 8. In front of the ​entire class, he said : “You allocate 2 hours for ​exercise daily, but why are you still so fat?”. The ​class burst out into laughter. And that moment ​changed my life forever...


I became obsessed with exercising and dieting. I ​wanted to do whatever it took to shrink my body to ​avoid reliving the shame and guilt I felt in that ​moment.

My obsession led to me developing a chronic ​knee injury that persisted for years and held me ​back from doing what I loved- running. I was in ​so much pain I could barely run 50 metres. I felt ​defeated and hopeless.

The Awakening

My healing journey began when I signed up ​at the local gym and took a deeper dive ​into strength training, mindset and ​nutrition. I invested thousands of dollars ​into courses, books and coaches to learn ​the best methods to help me overcome my ​injury and nourish my mind and body.

Through my healing journey, I realized that the ​medicine I needed to heal myself was within me ​all along. It was in my daily habits. The way I ​moved my body. The way I spoke to myself. The ​way I fuel my body. The thoughts I carried in my ​mind and the feelings I felt. Every habit working ​together to create a harmonious ecosystem that ​helped me thrive.


This was when I truly understood that the key to ​achieving lasting outcomes is to nurture a ​harmonious relationship between the mind, body ​and soul.

The Transformation

Now, I am stronger and fitter than I ​have ever dreamed of. I’ve ran ​multiple half marathons and ​completed my first marathon in 2022. ​My knee pain no longer holds me back ​from doing what I love. And most ​importantly, I’ve developed the habits ​I need to sustain these results for a ​lifetime.

After getting crystal clear on your ​dreams, we will build your built-to-​last transformational blueprint. ​This is where we build a ​personalized plan tailored to your ​goals and lifestyle so you know ​exactly what to do each step of the ​way which eliminates overwhelm ​and takes the guesswork out of ​your actions.
